To reach this goal we need effective and hard-working staff, managing regular tasks on the one hand and being involved in research and setting up new projects on the other hand.

For this reason, you should be able to work in a high structure manner and without close supervision. You will use tools like google documents, spreadsheets, Slack, Trello and Clockify.

Our company deals with people all over Europe. Therefore, speaking more than two languages is an advantage, but not a must-have. Still English is our main company language – and maybe you already work with Germans and know that we are not very skilled with the English language…

• To make our farm a warm and welcoming place, we invite you to become part of the farm life by offering on-site accommodation. We have a container situated on our farm that we envision transforming into a cozy and comfortable home for you and your family.
• As a part of this transformation, we’re allocating a monthly budget of €500 for materials. We encourage and welcome your personal touch to create a space that truly feels like home. In addition to the budget, any extra work hours you invest in this project will be valued and appreciated.
