The measures taken and the aid provided through the CFP strengthen the food production system in every European country and strengthen the local food markets and the rural economy.<br>The CAP is inextricably linked to the international trade in agricultural products since in order to achieve its goals it needs to maintain a good balance between its imports and exports to ensure the stability of the internal market. The European Commission, in order to formulate and develop the CAP and the policies governing the marketing of agricultural products, collects and analyzes data from the European and International markets and publishes the monthly report &#8220;Monitoring of the EU Monitoring agri-food trade report and the annual Monitoring agri-trade policy report on changes in flows trade in agri-food products in the European Union. In addition, various other trade policy studies are being carried out at European level that affect agriculture both locally and internationally.
